RAMEN LANZHOU

Delicious dishes! We tried the dry tofu with mushrooms, the salt and pepper ribs, the ramen with bean sauce and meat, and a ramen with broth and a stir-fried ramen with meat and vegetables. They were truly excellent; you could taste the quality of the ingredients, and the dishes were beautifully presented. We also had jasmine tea to accompany our dinner, which was also very good. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The place is well-kept and clean! One piece of advice: perhaps the sign should be made more visible; it's hard to miss from the street... Which is a shame. We had a very positive experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A small Chinese restaurant that leaves a lasting impression! So delicious! We had two ramen dishes, one stir-fried and one with cold sauce, Dongpo bacon, and tea-baked eggs. Two soft drinks, a beer, and two grappas, and we only spent €55. Only because we left feeling truly full and satisfied. The portions are quite generous, but not excessive. We were stuffed just from the ramen, but we were greedy. Food is eaten with the eyes and nose, but the flavor, for me, was out of this world! Kudos to all the staff and to Michela, who welcomed my fiancée and I with a big smile and a lot of kindness, making the dinner even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back, also to try the other dishes, which looked very inviting. The only flaw is that there's no dessert; something typical of Lanzhou province, or China more generally, would have been nice to find.

The quality of the culinary products is very high, the attention to detail is even surprising. The atmosphere in the place is also extremely pleasant. A top place on every front. For those who love Ramen (and not only), it is difficult to find better in the area. 🙏
